Palestinian Freekeh 450g

Freekeh is a a grain that is made from durum wheat.  The young durum wheat is roasted and the shell is then removed.
Once the grain is free of any shells, it is then ground down to the preferred size. 
 
Storage instructions: Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
